I will be writing this review on behalf of my family who all work with Samantha. My father was Samantha’s first client a little over 10 years ago. She assisted with getting him a flip property and was so incredible at her job, that the rest of my family (we’re a BIG family) has used her ever since. We’re talking over 10 flip properties, and numerous new homes that she helped us get.
She is so dedicated to helping her clients! She answers all calls, texts, and emails at any hour of the day, everyday of the week. She has so much patience, is so kind, and genuinely cares about her clients and getting them what they want. Not only is she a good person, but she is a hustler, I have never seen a realtor work so hard. I just bought my second home with Samantha and she helped get the house for $75,000 under asking because she’s a good talker and knows her stuff. She explained to the sellers realtor all the issues in the house and helped them realize the actual worth of the home- I would not have my dream home if it was not for her.
We have so many amazing experiences with Samantha that this review could go on for pages- but here is one memory that is telling on what kind of realtor Samantha is. She had just had major surgery and I remember going to one of our flip properties and there I see Samantha cleaning the front and adding flowers to make the home more beautiful to put on the market. If that doesn’t scream dedicated to her clients, I don’t know what does. We HIGHLY recommend Samantha! We love her- she’s amazing, simple as that.
